The Curated Care Center

Care that adapts with you.

Curated Care Center offers mental health therapy for anxiety, life transitions, and neurodivergent individuals, including caregivers supporting neurodivergent loved ones. Care is flexible, affirming, and designed to help life feel more manageable, not heavier.

Imagine feeling more steady in your day to day

Picture waking up without immediately running through everything you forgot, everything you need to do, or everything that could go wrong. Decisions feel a little clearer. Your nervous system feels less on edge. You have more room to breathe.

Curated Care Center was founded to offer therapy that feels human, flexible, and supportive of real life. The practice was created with the understanding that anxiety, neurodivergence, and caregiving require care that adapts, not pressure to change faster.

Therapy at Curated Care Center is not about fixing you. It is about helping life feel more workable.

Who I work with those who are…

Navigating major life transitions or periods of uncertainty

Experiencing anxiety, overwhelm, or difficulty adjusting to change

Neurodivergent and seeking affirming, flexible care

Caregivers or parents supporting neurodivergent individuals

Feeling pressure to cope “better” while already doing their best

Do you ever feel like…..

Life looks fine on the outside but feels chaotic inside

Anxiety makes everyday decisions feel bigger than they should

Change, even good change, throws you off more than you expect

You are neurodivergent and want therapy that actually works with how your brain functions

You are a caregiver who rarely gets space to focus on yourself

If any of this feels familiar, you are not alone and you are not behind.

Who We Are

Living room with beige armchair, green pillow, round wooden coffee table with a white mug, a plate with a candle, and a glass vase with white flowers. Large houseplant in a woven basket, sheer curtains and sunlight through window.
Care that adapts with you.

This practice was created for people who are doing their best but still feel overwhelmed, anxious, or stretched thin. Care is intentionally curated to your needs, your nervous system, and your current season of life.

Sessions adapt as life changes. There is no pressure to follow a specific method, perform progress, or have everything figured out before you begin. Therapy can help you move toward that steadier version of life. Not overnight. Not perfectly. But steadily.

Counseling with Chelsea Therapy Chelsea Arencibia

RCSW | Supervised by Lissette Collazo, LCSW

My name is Chelsea Arencibia. I’m a social worker and licensed clinical social work intern. I provide counseling for adults and teens across Florida.

I specialize in working with clients navigating anxiety, neurodivergence, and life transitions. You don’t have to show up with everything figured out, just as you are is enough. Therapy with me will be personalized to meet your own unique needs.

My work is grounded in evidence-based, relational therapy and shaped by a deep respect for how each person’s mind and nervous system operates. Sessions are collaborative and transparent, with care adapted to your needs rather than forcing you into a rigid framework.

Support may include exploring patterns related to anxiety, navigating life transitions, strengthening emotional regulation, or addressing caregiver stress and burnout, all within a neurodivergent-affirming lens.

FAQ

Miami therapy counseling with chelsea
  • Yes, I only offer virtual counseling for clients located anywhere in Florida. Sessions take place through a secure, HIPAA-compliant video platform. You just need a quiet, private space and a stable internet connection.

  • Individual Sessions (50 minutes): $200

Initial Intake Assessment (60-90 minutes): $225-300

  • Timelines depend on the project, but I generally dedicate up to a month to each client, with the possibility of an extension based on my availability.

  • I am an out-of-network provider, which means I do not take insurance. While I do not directly accept insurance, you may be eligible for partial reimbursement of my fee if you have out-of-network insurance benefits. Many clients are able to use their out-of-network benefits to receive partial reimbursement for therapy. If you have out-of-network benefits, your insurance company will typically reimburse you for 60-80% of the cost of each session after you’ve met your deductible.

I partner with Thrizer, a service that makes the out-of-network process much easier. With Thrizer, you don’t have to pay my full fee upfront and wait for reimbursement. Instead, if your plan includes out-of-network benefits and you’ve met your deductible, Thrizer allows you to simply pay your copay at the time of each session.

  • Since I do partner with Thrizer, there are two routes you can take:

    • Option 1: Thrizer

      • During intake, I will send you an invitation to create your thrizer account. Once your account is set up and information is collected, You will pay only your copay at the time of session (post-deductible).

      • Thrizer will file claims on your behalf and manages reimbursement.

      • There is a small processing fee (5% if you’d like to pay just your copay; 1% if you prefer to pay upfront and get reimbursed later).

    • Option 2: Superbill (self-submit)

      • Pay the full fee at the time of session.

      • I provide you with a monthly invoice (“Superbill”) that you can submit to your insurance provider for reimbursement.

How to check if you have out-of-network benefits

If your plan includes out-of-network benefits, your insurance company may reimburse you for a portion of each session—often around 60–80% after you’ve met your deductible.

I’m happy to help you check your benefits during our free consultation—just have your insurance card handy so we can review your coverage together.

You can also contact your insurance company directly by calling the Member Services number on the back of your card to confirm your out-of-network benefits.

You can ask them the following questions:

    • Do I have out-of-network coverage for outpatient psychotherapy?

    • Am I able to use these benefits for telehealth?

    • What is my deductible, and how much remains?

    • What percentage is reimbursed after my deductible is met?

    • Are telehealth sessions (CPT codes 90834 or 90837) covered?

    • Do I need pre-authorization or a referral?

    • Do I need a referral from an in-network provider to see someone out-of-network?

    • What percentage of outpatient psychotherapy sessions are covered per session?

    • How do I submit claim forms for reimbursement?

    • How long does it take for me to receive reimbursement?

During our intro call, We can discuss the process further.

Important Note: Insurance coverage varies, and while Thrizer helps make the process easier, I cannot guarantee reimbursement.

  • I ask for at least 36 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a session. Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged the full session fee, except in the case of emergencies or unexpected events. I do offer a cancellation bank, meaning if I ever have to cancel a session within 36 hours of our appointment, I will waive your cancellation fee next time you have to miss a session!

  • I recommend that clients meet with me weekly, which helps build momentum and a strong therapeutic relationship. Over time, we can adjust the frequency based on your needs and goals.

  • Our first session is really about getting to know each other. I’ll ask questions about you, what’s bringing you in, what you’d like support with, and what feels important for you to share. It’s also a space for you to get a feel for my style and see if it feels like a good match.
